HEATGARD™ ROOF REFLECTION COATING

HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating with NANO REFLECTION technology helps to lower the temperature of the building interior.

HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating with NANO REFLECTION technology reduces roof and/or wall temperature by up to 28% or 18°C, while prevents roof corrosion, thus increases the life span of roofs. Our coating solution enables the roof to reflect back the sun’s heat flux. The coating will extend the life span of the roof by reducing heat transfer into the building, reducing thermal shock and able to maintain desired interior temperature thus reducing the cost of cooling. This provides a more comfortable temperature inside the building.

HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating Lab Test

Test done on two roof plates: one with HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating and one without coating. Test done at 3.30pm.

After 5 minutes, roof plate with HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating is 43.6°C while roof plate without coating is 53.4°C. Result shows that HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating is able to reduce 10°C or 19% from the surface temperature. Lab test done on hotter periods of the day, shows further reduction of temperature for roof plate with HeatGard™ Roof Reflection Coating.
